Process and Practices
We actually support V model processes using MBSE and MDD practices and tailoring for ASPICE, SAFe Agile, Scrum, DO178C. We specialized in Biomedical, Defense, Automotive and Transportation domain where Safety Critical designs and Design Assurance Levels are effective and requested.
Tooling
Our tooling focus is on the support and help to the adoption of IBM Engineering products or the Jazz Platform (DNG, RMM, EWM, ETM, ENI, RMC) and Desktop product like Doors, Rhapsody, RSA. This means that we are able to determine, design and configure tools to adapt and tune-up their capabilities to the existing customer process. As we started working with iLogix and then with Rational and Telelogic we support and help to migrate Synergy, Change, Tau, StateMate, ClearCase, ClearQuest.
Engineering Disciplines
Requirement Management: We proficiently play and support Business or Mission analysis, Problem discovery, Stakeholder Mapping, Needs and System Requirement Elicitation and definition activities through a complete and proven approach. We use formal definition of requirements applying INCOSE and NASA guidelines. We normally use Doors and Doors Next Generation tools to handle the definition and Change & Configuration Management of the Requirement assets.
Change & Configuration management: We proficiently support the adoption of Change Management practices for small and large projects to improve integrity. This is largely obtained maturing the Change Management and Configuration Management processes with the adoption of the IBM Engineering EWM toolchain and Formal / Scrum / SAFe approach where we can exploit teaming planning and project planning at different levels. The integration of Change Management with Configuration Management of Requirement Management, Quality Management and SCM allows to control the evolution of the configured deliverables with the other engineering disciplines.
Quality Management: We proficiently play and support the Verification and Validation activities, using RBT, through the design and planning of the quality of the system. This is accomplished defining the quality objectives to reach and evaluating the strategy that can be used to reach such quality objectives. We normally use ETM to capture and track the QM evolution and planning and giving the evidence of the quality of the system
Architecture and Design: We proficiently play and support the Architecture and Design of Systems and Software using SysML and UML2 models. We have a specific focus on the Model Simulation, Model in the loop simulation and Hardware in the loop simulation. The modeling approach is accomplished by the MBSE and MDD BoK using IBM Engineering Rhapsody with specific tailoring for the environment and process normative. We support C/C++/ADA languages for the software MDD through the code generation.
Safety, Reliability and Robustness: We can realize, include and document Safety, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Robustness Analysis merging the analysis results into the Rhapsody Models so the emerging RAMS requirements and analysis results evidences are directly tied to the System Model and Subsystem model parts ( mechanical, electrical, optical, hardware, Software,…). This is obtained using IBM Engineering Rhapsody profiles to handle GSN, RBD, Hazard, FME(D)A, FTA and tracking them to the impacted model part together with the emerging RAMS requirements.
Project Management: Our PM management is fully predictive, supported and tracked in real-time using IBM Engineering EWM toolchain and external integration of HR management tool.
